Why I built this website

  Most real estate websites are search portals with a headshot attached. I wanted to build something more useful — a genuine local resource where someone moving to Southwest Washington could understand the real differences between living in Vancouver versus Ridgefield versus Woodland before they ever called an agent. The city guides on this site cover home prices, school district rankings, commute times, outdoor recreation, local economy, and community character for every major city in the region. They're written from experience, not aggregated from data feeds.

Outside of Real Estate

  When I'm not working, I'm usually on the water. The Lewis River, the Kalama, the Columbia — salmon and steelhead season defines the rhythm of the year in this part of the world, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I also garden, write about the outdoors, enjoy live music, and stay involved in local community organizations. Southwest Washington isn't just where I work — it's genuinely where I want to be.
